“Working with her was a dream! She was my first commissioned artist, so I was nervous, but she made the whole experience so comfortable and safe. We spoke over video calls and I felt she really understood what I was going for. She was responsive and explained the whole process to me since I was new to this experience. She gave me some mockups to choose from and was receptive to the back and forth discussions we had. What she delivered was beautiful and on time. She offered to adjust anything that wasn’t right and so we had some more discussion and the final result was beyond perfect. Self-publishing, as the name implies, can be quite lonely. You have to build your own team, and I am so fortunate to have @fairchild_art on mine.
